​Free initial consultation (30 min-1 hour)
2-3 Prenatal visits
Help in creating a birth plan
Support and resources from time of hire until after birth
On-Call support before and during your birth with hands on physical comfort
1 postpartum visit to help set up referrals, support and any other needs of the family
Car seat check by a certified car seat technician
1 pre or postnatal RMT massage
Use of Tens machine during labor
Library of educational books to borrow
