"I received a prenatal massage when I was close to 40 weeks from Amanda and I left feeling so much
better than when I went in. I felt relaxed and had more energy too. I had pubic symphysis disorder
which caused me severe pain in my groin and the massage definitely helped take the edge off that pain. I regret not getting massages more regularly during my pregnancy and I'd suggest through all stages of your pregnancy as she really knows her stuff!"

Babies love to be massaged. Infant massage has been practices in many cultures for many
many years and is very easy to learn. It is easy to learn and is a great bonding experience
between caregivers and their babies.
Amanda will lead the parents or caregivers in a hands-on class where you will learn different
strokes, positions and intentions of infant massage. You will leave the class feeling more
